Billing and Payments

Billing and payments are handled by our payment provider and once you have made an initial payment, you will be able to use your email address to access the Billing Portal to view your invoices as well as cancel subscriptions.

Pricing Options

The pricing options available for both subscriptions and top-ups are $20, $50, $100 USD.

Customizing Pricing Options

When selecting a pricing option you have the option of increasing the quantity which means you can pay more than the specified amounts and you will receive the appropriate amount of credits for the amount chosen.

So for example, if you would like to top-up or subscribe for $200 USD, select the $100 USD option and increase the quantity to 2. This will charge you $200 USD and allocate you 20000 credits.

Tax Information

If you have specific tax information would like included on your tax invoice please lookout for the option to include that information when the payment dialog opens. It is also important to ensure your Account Details are accurate so that the correct information is included on your tax invoice.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be created by visiting the Subscribe page in the dashboard. As mentioned you can subscribe for the prescribed options of either $20, $50 or $100 USD per month or you can chose to customize that by setting the quantity of any of the options.

Cancelling a Subscription

Because subscriptions are managed by our payment provider, if you wish to cancel an existing subscription please visit the Billing Portal, select Subscription and then click the Cancel subscription button.

Changing a Subscription Payment Method

To change the subscription payment method, you will need to cancel the subscription and then add a new subscription. To do this:

  • Visit the Billing Portal, select Subscription and then click the Cancel subscription button.
  • In the dashboard visit the Subscribe page and add a new subscription for the appropriate amount.

To change a subscription amount, you will need to cancel the subscription and then add a new subscription. To do this:

  • Visit the Billing Portal, select Subscription and then click the Cancel subscription button.
  • In the dashboard visit the Subscribe page and add a new subscription for the appropriate amount.

Top-Ups

Top-ups can be done whenever the needs arises from the Top-Up page. A top-up is a once-off payment that can be done as and when needed to keep your credit balance healthy and allow you uninterrupted access to the API.

Used in conjuction with the Low Balance Warning you can ensure you have a positive credit balance without creating a monthly subscription.

Low Balance Warning

The low balance threshold defaults to 100 when you initially create your account and receive your 200 free credits.

When your credit balance dips below the threshold value set you will be sent an email warning you that your credit balance has dipped below the threshold.

Anytime a top-up or subscription payment is completed the flag to send the email is reset and if after a payment is made the balance dips below the threshold, the email will be sent once again.

At any time you can update this value on the Account Management page to whatever suits you, and if by any chance you do not wish to receive the email simply set the value to 0 and the email will not be sent.
